LLC “PLASTKHIM”

Productive capacities of the company: up to 6.5 million plastic bottles of 20-250 ml; up to 5.5 million plastic tops for bottles.

Manufacturing company LLC “Plastchim” has been known at the Ukrainian market since 2003. For the period of its operations the company has produced over 25 mln of various plastic packing and showed its reliability and responsibility as the producer of plastic packing of top quality.

LLC “Plastchim” is a combination of advanced production technologies «Nissei ASB», optimal range of products, top quality, and reliability. The company’s products comply with all the requirements of State Standard of Ukraine and sanitary and hygienic norms. Bottles of LLC “Plastchim” are complemented with a three-component top with mechanism of first opening control. A specially designed bottleneck along with additional elements of package in the top ensure complete leakage-proof of the bottle and exclude migration of content outside. Products are made under special conditions minimizing direct contact of bottles and personnel or surrounding.

Procedure of producing the plastic packing has the following stages:

• preparation of raw materials;/li>
• producing plastic packing (bottles) at the one-stage stretching-blowing machine type ASB 50-MB;
• producing tops and other items at thermoplast automatic machines;
• products control and packing finished products.

All the bottles are made by a injection-blowing method.

In order to cool press mold, hydro-liquid etc. a system of cooling of return water is provided. The whole process is automatic, with no people involved. Blowing down of bottles occurs due to prepared air – dried and filtered. Raw material for bottles producing is polyethylenetherephthalate. A top is the polymer item for corking the bottle. It can be complemented with the ring – a mechanism of first opening control, blind of the bottle. Tops are produced at thermoplast automatic machines by the injection molding method, by painted and unpainted raw materials. Production of the top takes branched polyethylene (BP) and linear polyethylene (LP). Packing of bottles and tops uses polyethylene bags and corrugated board.
